Survivors Pay-It-Forward with a FREE donation of a lifesaving HeartSine Samaritan AED.

Forward Hearts® Program

Forward Hearts® lets survivors of a Sudden Cardiac Arrest event, in which a HeartSine Defibrillator has been used, to potentially save another life by donating a HeartSine Samaritan® Public Access Defibrillator to the charity or organisation of the survivor’s choice. The AED owner will also receive FREE replacement Pad-pak after genuine use (this is combined battery and pads).

Adopt-A-Defib and HeartSine are committed to saving lives and making public access AEDs more readily available. Having Defibrillators where crowds gather is crucial – using a Defibrillator could be the difference between life and death.

The donation of a HeartSine Defibrillator through the Forward Hearts® program extends this life-saving technology to even more people, offering many a better chance of survival in the case of Sudden Cardiac Arrest.

When a HeartSine samaritan PAD AED is used to save a life, Adopt-A-Defib works to connect everyone involved – the owner of the site, the survivor, and HeartSine – to begin the donation program. The survivor can choose to make his/her donation anonymously and confidentially, or as part of a public announcement. HeartSine and Adopt-A-Defib will coordinate the donation and the presentation to the charity or organisation. To celebrate the life-saving event, the donation is made in the survivor’s name, in HeartSine’s name, and in Adopt-A-Defib’s name.

Pay-it-forward with Adopt-A-Defib it’s lifesaving pure and simple. One Defib affects a person, one person affects a family, one family affects a community, one community affects a country, one country affects the world “you can make a difference”
